System Availability
Users can access COMMON LANGUAGE Products systems 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with the exception of periodic scheduled maintenance. In such cases, a message indicating when the maintenance will occur and how long it will last will be posted on the system's home page.
PC Requirements
The following versions of software packages are required on your PC.
•Microsoft® Internet Explorer v6 (SP2 or higher) or v7 using Internet Explorer's default browser settings and allow pop-up windows
•Microsoft Windows® XP (SP3 or higher), or Microsoft Windows Vista (SP1 or higher)
•Microsoft Office® 2003 (SP3 or higher), or Microsoft Office 2007 (SP1 or higher)
•Adobe® Reader v8.x or higher versions
